- Standard check in time of the resort is 13.00 hrs and check out time of the resort is 12.00 hrs.
- Any new taxes by the government resulting in additional cost will have to be borne by the Tour Operator/ Travel Agent.
- Maximum occupancy per room 2 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child (Under 12 Years).
- Confirmation of bookings for stays less then 3 nights will be subject to availability
- Breach of any of the above conditions or / and any other disputes arising in relation to this contract shall be governed and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any Arbitration or legal disputes will be referred to and governed by the relevant courts of law in the Republic of Maldives and their decision will be final
